+ How long does it take to receive an order?

Canvas printes are manufactured "on demand". All canvas prints require 4-5 business days to print and manufacture before shipping. Once shipped you can expect to receive your reproductions in 10 business days. Please allow more time for delays due to covid and during holiday seasons.

+ Do you do commissioned work?

+ Do you do portraits?

Yes, we do! Please contact us for sizes and prices.

+ Do you ship to the United States?

Yes.

+ Do you ship to Canada?

Yes.

+ Do you ship to The Bahamas?

Yes. But please allow an extra 7 days for delivery.

+ Do you ship to any places other than the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia and The Bahamas?

Yes, we can. At the moment, this option is not available on our website. Please contact us directly.

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

+ How can I purchase an original painting?

+ Do you ship original paintings?

Yes. We usually ship original paintings via FedEx.

+ What are canvas prints?

These are high quality reproductions of our original paintings on canvas. They have the look and feel of an original painting and do not have to be framed behind glass.

+ Do you have other products?

Yes. Other kinds of reproductions as well as note cards and gift items featuring our artwork can be ordered. Please contact us for more details.

+ How do I return my canvas print?

Please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

+ What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with a purchase, you can return it in the same condition as received, within 21 days of the order date. We will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price within 10 business days of arrival. Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

+ How can I track my order?

For orders to the US, UK, Germany and Canada: we will send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We will send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

For orders to the Bahamas and Australia: you can email or contact us directly.

+ Can I get a discount for a bulk purchase?

+ Do you use archival inks?

Yes. All of the inks used are archival, and the canvas is acid free.

+ I am buying a gift. Will the purchase price appear on the invoice with my order?

You can send your order as a gift. No dollar amounts are included on the invoice that will be mailed with your purchase.

+ Can I include a gift message with my purchase?

At this time you cannot include a gift message with your purchases.

+ How long is the transit time to my city?

Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DPD depending on the destination. The transit time to your destination will depend on your location. Usually you should receive your product in 10 business days.

+ Can I place my order over the phone?

+ Do you use a UV protectant to protect your canvas prints?

All canvas prints, (rolled in a tube), receive a UV protective coating.

+ What does the "image size" mean?

The image size is the actual size of the image. If it says 8" x 10", for example, then the image will actually be printed to be 8" x 10". The overall size includes any extra material that surrounds the image. If you order a print there will be a white border around all four sides. For example canvas prints get a 2.5" white border. The added border makes it easier for you to mat, frame, and/or stretch your print on your own. So - if you order a 16" x 20" canvas print, the image size is going to be 16" x 20", and the overall size is going to be 21" x 25".
